All of our online products are delivered instantly or as per details on the product page for online photography programs with daily and weekly delivery of lessons and content.

Private coaching is delivered as agreed in person over the phone or via email. Photo sessions are paid for upfront with a session fee at an agreed time and date and further products can be purchased on completion of the client gallery.

If you have any queries with any of our services or online photography programs please contact us immediately as we will do whatever we can to rectify any problems.


Please refer to each individual product or program for it's complete refund policy prior to purchasing. This can be found in the FAQ section of the page you purchase from.

In general, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our coaching programs or drip-fed online programs after committing to them and completing them fully we provide a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. You must contact us within 7 days of purchase and you must show us that you have completed all of the exercises including any onboarding pre-work from the first 7 days of the program in order for us to consider a refund. After 7 days, no refunds are possible.

Our refund policy on instant access programs and instant downloads is very simple - they are non-refundable. Why? Two reasons.

Firstly, we don't sell dresses that can be returned if not worn. We sell online products and trainings, that are full of over 10-years of our knowledge, experience and time that can be downloaded and accessed immediately on purchase.

And none of these things can be returned.
Secondly, because I know from personal experience how easy it can be to second-guess yourself and your instincts. How those little voices can pop into you head and talk you out of doing "scary" things (when you know those scary things are going to help you achieve your scary goals).
How easy it is to say, “Oh, no, I don’t really need this”, "I could really do with that money back right now" or "Eek.. I'm so busy and didn't get a chance to do what I said I would!" or even just  "Oops! Changed my mind!"
So I’m doing the thing you are paying me to do. I am helping you to keep your commitments to yourself by putting my foot down.
You can’t get results from something you don’t do.
It’s as simple as that. 
Because we know that if you do the work, you'll get extraordinary value.
Please do not enrol in our courses or buy any products if your intention is just to "check it out." We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into our programs and we expect you to do the same. Our programs are for serious students who do what they say they will.
We believe that you get out of life what you put in and the more committed you are to succeeding, the more energy you will put in and the greater results you will see. This is not a quick fix, you will be required to diligently apply all the strategies to improve your business, your photography and your life.
My friend Kate McKibbon told me how her friend Susan Hyatt explains her no refund policy.
She says, "When you buy a ticket to a Beyoncé concert, and then decide you don’t feel like going, or it’s too far to drive, or you can’t find a babysitter, or whatever… what happens? You don’t go. You stay home. You miss out. Are you going to write an email to Beyoncé and ask for a refund? Hell no.
Beyoncé ain’t refunding your money just because you decided not to show up, or mismanaged your schedule, or whatever. That was your choice."

Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our weekly newsletter and to personalise your experience with us; that’s all. For photoshoots, we require a model release to be signed for you to allow us to use your images in our marketing, teaching and promotional material as well on social media sites.

Cookies sent to your computer from Clare Stephens, Your Life Through a Lens Photography, Photography Business Funnels, Photography Business Accelerator, The Art of Pricing & Kids Through a Lens (and all associated entities of Clare Stephens)  only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP address,” and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order. All private details are stored on an encrypted cloud database online, and on the directors password protected business computer. Every reasonable endeavour is made to keep your details private and secure.

Our privacy policies include but are not limited to the following:

i. Initial contact information including names, phone numbers, addresses and other personal information may be collected by myself by phone contact. In this case the information will be input into our office computer to a secure drive, which is password protected.

ii. Initial contact information may also be collected by myself by way of email or contact forms received. Our email is password protected and the data will be saved into our computer secure drive, which is password protected and also within our email autoresponder systems Active Campaign, Actionetics and SendGrid which provides secure, encrypted servers and my account is password protected. No other parties will have access to this information.

iii. We will use the initial contact information exclusively to follow up enquiries, send VIPs offers, make appointments and otherwise correspond with clients. Under no circumstance would we give any client details to third parties without first requesting their specific permission.

iv. Any personal information gathered on hard copy forms at live seminars or workshops will be entered into the secure data systems as above and the hard copies shredded and securely disposed of.

v. We are compliant with CAN-SPAM laws, and provide easy access to unsubscribe from any mailing lists or newsletters. Once you are unsubscribed from that list, your details are stored on a blacklist within our email auto-responders so your email is never re-added by mistake.

vi. We would never sell, rent, or share your private details with any third party without your express permission.


Credit card payment transactions are currently processed through Paypal with their 128 bit SSL encryption. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Clare Stephens and associated entities use Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants,
providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe and Paypal gateways are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Clare Stephens and associated entities or any outside party.
  • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
  • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe's bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
  • Stripe are authorised third party processors for all the major Australian banks.
  • Stripe at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by.

We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Payment plans attract administrative fees. Customers who purchase using payment plans acknowledge that their entire fee, whether paid in weekly or monthly instalments or paid in full, must be paid even if they choose at some future point to no longer participate. No  refunds will be issued on partial payments made.

If a customer's weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments are not made in a timely fashion for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend that customer's participation in the purchased program until the account is brought back up to date and current. The customer acknowledges that they are making a commitment to pay the entire fee to Clare Stephens and associated entities in exchange for the privilege of participating in the Program and they further agree to make all payments when they are due.


We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding,
court order, or legal process served on our Website.


We hold the copyright to the content of this Website, including all funnels, email automations, email scripts, processes, Photoshop files, mindset audios, uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos, reviews, forum posts and databases contained on the Website or in connection with the Program.

Customers must not use or replicate our copyright material other than as permitted by law. Specifically, customers must not use or replicate our copyright material in particular anything to do with Pricing, Funnels, Automations, Processes, Mindset or Marketing for commercial purposes unless expressly agreed to by Us, in which case we may require you to sign a Licence or Whitelabel Agreement. We have made every effort to accurately represent our products and programs and their potential. Every individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of the business in which he or she is engaged.

As a participant in any programs or products purchased, customer's represent to Clare Stephens and associated entities that payment of their programme fee will not place a significant financial burden on them or their family and that any decisions or actions you take in response to advice or information acquired in the Program, and their consequences, are the customer's sole responsibility.


We have tested and used the strategies, scripts, funnels and automations in our own business and have many students who have gotten phenomenal results in our programmes. We strongly believe in the value and quality of our products and programs and we stand behind them. The results shown have come from our students following the steps we provide.

Any student or customer's level of success in attaining any of the results we have mentioned on any of our websites and/or Social Media platforms depends on the time devoted to their own business and marketing, their ideas, visibility, their own story and authenticity in storytelling, their financial backing, background, dedication, desire, motivation and the level of their various skills and/or knowledge. It also depends on their mindset and beliefs held around success and committing to their goals.

We don’t believe in “Get Rich Quick” schemes, only hard work and perseverance. Our templates, scripts and trainings are a tool to help our customers and students get more confidence, more clients, more income and more ease in their photography and photography businesses.

By law, we cannot and do not make any promises about any customer or student's ability to earn money using any of our tools, information, ideas and/or strategies.

Of course we want our students to succeed! That’s why we provide the support we do, but it’s up to each individual. Anything anyone wants to succeed in (business or not) takes hard work and effort, and the results depend on how much effort and work each individual is willing to put in, among other things such as mindset.

Any and all forward-looking statements on any of our websites or Social Media Platforms are intended to express our opinion of what our students could potentially achieve, but many factors will be important in determining whether they actually will.

We do not make any guarantees that any individual's results will be similar to ours or anyone else’s.
